Regulation 3. Admission into raiway premises.


(1) The railway company may, on reasonable grounds, -
(a) refuse to allow any person to enter the railway premises; or

(b) compel any person to leave the railway premises.
(2) The railway company may, on the grounds that it thinks fit, open or close any entrance to or exit from any railway station or platform or any other part of the railway premises:

Provided that the opening or closure of the entrance or exit shall not amount to the opening of a new railway station or the closure of an existing railway station.
