Regulation 23. Posting, etc. of bills, etc. prohibited.

No person shall unless authorised in writing by the railway company, post, stick, paint or write or cause to be posted, stuck, painted or written, any placard, bill, advertisement, graffiti or any other matter on any of the railway premises.
