Regulation 21. Touting or soliciting alms,
etc. prohibited.
(1) No person shall, while in or upon the railway premises, tout or solicit alms, rewards or employment of any description. (a) solicit engagement in or for the handling or moving of passengers' luggage, the provision of transport or any other services; (b) sell or offer for sale any article or goods; (c) display, exhibit or distribute any book or printed,
written or pictorial matter or any sample or article. |
